The 24-hour strike is likely to resume in January 2020.

The airline announced that affected passengers can request a full refund before the scheduled travel date. Serious flight delays, revised schedules, and further flight cancellations may occur in the coming weeks.

It is understood that Jetstar Airlines announced on December 16 that it will reduce its domestic business by 10% in January next year to offset the impact of the pilot strike.

Passengers who may be affected are advised to follow developments closely, confirm flight status before departure, and contact airlines for more information.
