Egypt reopens two Mediterranean ports

Alexandria Port Authority said Egypt reopened two Mediterranean ports, Alexandria and Dekheila, on Saturday, which were closed due to bad weather.

 

 

In a statement, the Port Authority said that due to the high waves and wind speeds, the port was closed on Friday and ships could not enter or leave the port, but loading and unloading work in the port was still underway.

The Port Authority ordered mooring vessels to enter the port on their mooring orders on Saturday.

 

 

Alexandria and Dekhila are two different ports, but these two ports are located in Alexandria, Alexandria, Egypt, and belong to the Alexandria Port Authority of the Ministry of Transport of Egypt. One is the new port and the other is the old port.
